56. Shores of Kitty-aah!

Hello!

Yesterday I was at Anna's, the first time in what seemed like forever. I enjoyed being outside, I loved every bit of taking care of animals, and the smell of cows and cats I carried with me all the way home saw to that I really liked my time there! Thanks to you Anna! ☺

Emi smelled the smell I had and went crazy, to put it mildly. She must have remembered the smell of the barn and cows and other cats, and went totally nuts upon discovering where I had been all day. This evening she has calmed down a bit, but the look on her tiny face and big eyes was priceless! It was filled with such confusion it was almost heartbreaking...

The Queen, with the capital Q, of the house, that being Elsa... well, she has grown some very strong diva-ness lately! Now she doesn't want to dirty her royal paws, she just meows in front of a door if she wants to come in. Usually she would just jump on the door handle, like the smart cat she is, but nowadays it's rare to catch her doing something like that. If nobody comes to open the door, she goes to the nearest human and tries to soften xir up by being the nicest kitty in the world, a total sweetheart. It's cute and funny at the same!

These are the most recent news of the cats. I'm off to my singing lesson soon but decided to put an update here anyway. Enjoy some older pictures of Elsa, Bimbo and Emi!

Queen Elsa taking care of her personal hygiene!

Even Bimbo gets tired after playing with Emi!

Elsa being photogenic (like always!)

And Emi letting her inner cowgirl take over!

And yes, I'm still making footage for the Bimbo special, but with school enjoying the meal consisting of my free time, and Bimbo being a hard photographing target, I guess it has to wait a bit. But... soon!

Have a nice day/evening! See you!

P.S. I've discovered this great band called The Gentle Storm. It's a musical project by Anneke van Giersbergen (ex-The Gathering, also has had her solo career called Agua de Annique but which today goes by her own name - also she's sung Somewhere by Within Temptation live during Black Symphony and An Acoustic Night at the Theater) and Arjen Anthony Lucassen (e.g. the band Ayreon). I'm waiting for their debut album to become available in stores, and hoping to have saved enough money to buy it. It would be awesome! Here's the first song I heard of them, and what can I say, I loved it!

55. Wake up, human!

Heya!

I'm sorry I didn't get to post yesterday, I didn't have the time! But now I do, fortunately, and I can get my lazy arse back to blogging. ☺

The musical Mamma Mia! was GREAT! I loved it more than the movie, even though I usually don't really enjoy translated songs. But the versions of the songs that were featured were brilliant in Swedish, to say the least! I liked it very much, and so did my mother and grandmother. My mother and I ate mint chocolate cake during the interval, with Coca Cola to drink, and my grandmother enjoyed her gluten-free cake as well. It was quite a nice way to spend the evening!

Today I woke up around five o'clock in the morning and couldn't get any sleep. Luckily for me, neither did the cats, and all three were playing (from Emi's point of view, yes, they were playing) upstairs. Armed with a camera, I got to snap a few pictures of Bimbo and Emi. I will also feature some old Elsa photos, here they are!

Typical. ☺

Now I guess I need either some coffee or a nap. I hope to sleep better this night...

See you soon!

54. Mamma Mia! What about dem kitties?

Yo!

Finally it's weekend! Something I've been waiting for the whole school week!

This is just going to be a quick update, as I don't have much time to write.

First, the cats are doing great! Emi has grown (again) and puts most of her time into sleeping with Bimbo, while Elsa has her beauty queen moments in the sauna. Here are the pictures I took today!

And yes, I'm currently working on the Bimbo special, I just need to get enough footage for it. I am also working on the Barcelona trip video, but I don't know when I will finish it, just keep your fingers crossed it's going to be soon!

My mother, my grandmother and I are going to see Mamma Mia! today at Svenska Teatern in Helsinki! That's the reason why I try to make a decent quality blog entry in such a little time. I'll tell you more of it tomorrow, I'm excited and looking forward to spending the evening like this, like a sophisticated person who actually has a life. ☺

For the glory of Mamma Mia!, here is a mash-up of Korn's Freak on a Leash and ABBA's Mamma Mia songs. I found it a couple of years back, and thought sharing it would suit very well. It's a bit old, but it surely is great, and gets me giggling every time!

Off I go! It's going to be one heck of a night! ☺

134. One last change...

Hey everybody! Before you ask: I know. I am just as surprised as you are, that I returned to my ex - Google Blogger. While I would never ...
